From saying goodbye to Auntie Pam after she lost her battle with cancer, to becoming the first Labour Councillor in my area for 30 years, it's certainly been a year of extremes. I think I now finally realise how precious life really is and how important it is to make the most of it. Determined to have more positive moments than negative in 2013. Whatever it takes.
